How to Purchase Tickets

Purchasing Tickets

Season Tickets

At this time, Season Tickets must be purchased in person at the Clayton Center Box Office, or by phone at 865-981-8590

Tickets may be purchased in person at the Clayton Center Box Office Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm or by calling the box office at 865-981-8590 during box office hours. The Box Office is open 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday.. Online tickets are available only through the Clayton Center website www.claytonartscenter.com. We do not currently have any third party ticket sites authorized to sell for the Clayton Center. If in doubt, please contact the box office.

The Clayton Center for the Arts uses etix for our ticketing needs.

Print at Home and Mobile Delivery

You will now be able to print your tickets at home or send to your mobile device! We utilize scanner technology that allows patrons the ability to print tickets at home or to be scanned from a mobile device. Choosing the print at home option will save you on mailing or will call fees when ordering.

Ticket Fees

We implement a minimal fee at the Box Office for tickets that are printed, mailed, or placed in will call. No fees will be charged for choosing the Print at Home option or mobile option. You may be wondering why we need to charge fees at all. The revenue from your ticket goes directly to paying the artist. The fees charged help cover the cost of box office operations including staffing, overhead, and ticketing supplies. The mailing fee is to cover supplies and postage.

As in the past, fees will be waived for Season Subscribers when purchasing in person or by phone through the Clayton Center Box Office.  

Confirmation E-mails

Whether you purchase over the phone, online, or in person at the Box Office, you may opt to receive an automated confirmation e-mail when your purchase is complete.

All ticket sales are final and there are no exchanges or refunds.

Ticket prices and on-sale dates policies and are set at the discretion of the presenter. The Clayton Center for the Arts determines prices, on-sale dates and policies only for Clayton Center performances.

Group Sales

The Clayton Center offers discounts to groups of 10 or more purchasing at the same time. For more information or to purchase group tickets, contact Box Office Assistant Manager, Megan Perryman at 865-981-8591

Season Subscriptions

The Clayton Center offers Season Subscriptions for CCA presents events. You may choose your shows, or purchase a full season. Season subscribers receive benefits such as the ability to retain their seats from season to season, ticket exchanges between CCA shows, invitations to special events, advance notice of ticket sales and events and Box Office Concierge service. To request a season brochure, fill out our contact form or call the box office at 865-981-8590 for more information.
