DR. TERRY BUNDE & JAY CLARK
Dr. Terry Bunde, professor of chemistry at Maryville College, has a long interest in folk and protest music of the 1920s-1960s and has taught a Senior Seminar class on protest music. He will present an integrated lecture-performance with Jay Clark that will discuss socially significant songs and the history of social protest music in America. Jay Clark is a former Maryville College student and an East Tennessee singer-songwriter. He tours the Southeast performing 70-80 shows per year.|
